The 1-star is because the Nurse practitioner and front desk staff were professional and engaging. However, Dr. Sebastian discredited a professional Clinical Psychologist doctor and his title and tried to feed me misinformation regarding psychological pathology and I don't think he's aware of his lapse in information for specialties he is not familiar with. I will not be returning.

I love the professionalism of the staff. My first time at this office and the passion that the staff is overwhelmingly great. Everyone had a positive attitude and hustle to assure the patients that they will be assisted promptly. Way to go Seby Clinic for having such a caring staff. First impression are lasting impressions.

Excellent doctor and Andrea was awesome. Not only me but she makes everyone feel comfortable.Two young ladies at the front desk was very professional(even though a few people didnt have patience)Great job staff

Appointment was for 11:30 arrived early being a new patient as I was instructed to, and still hadn't been seen by 12:30p no one had mask on people were coughing and hacking in the waiting room. The medical assistants were not in scrubs as if no one cared about the germs that were being spreaded already. I never got to see the doctor in the process of finding another. People were in there smelling like they had been drinking all night and there was only 1 doctor with all of those patients in there. Just horrible conditions especially with the flu and COVID in the air

Not the most detail-oriented or patient centered office. Not necessarily the place to come if you’re looking for a lot of TLC.

Billing and medical coding is awful! Preventive care is 100% covered by our insurance. We had a basic blood draw and received a bill from the lab. After 6 months of going round and round with the clinic office, billing dept. and the lab. The bill is now in collection. We called dozens of times to have the bill RECODED because it was coded wrong and that is why we received a bill. Evey time we called we were told ok we'll handle it. NOPE!! Then I talked with Dr. Joesph and he said " We will try and to straighten this out but because its in collections we may not be able to do anything. If that's the case I will reimburse you". Did he, NO. I was told he never said that. Complete Incompetence. Do not go here.
